We produce bio extra virgin olive oil bottled in different sizes and aromatic oil (condimento alimentare) with various ingredients.

We grow hazel nuts, fruit, artichokes, fodder for our farm and in season we provide a kitchen-garden. variety of vegetables for our guests.

Our Tuscan IGP organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of typical local varieties, among which Frantoio, Leccino, and Lazzero stand out. It is characterized by very low acidity, rich in antioxidants.

The olives are harvested manually and with the help of facilitators when the olives are still on the plant and have reached the right level of ripeness, a moment that coincides with veraison, that is, the green fruits begin to take on a darker color.

The careful cultivation methods of the olive grove without the use of synthetic chemicals, the nature of the soil, the mild climate due to the proximity of the sea, the short waiting times from harvest to pressing, the modern techniques of processing the olives, are just some of the aspects that make our oil a product appreciated in Italy and abroad and that help to maintain over time, if stored correctly, the typical flavors and aromas of freshly pressed olives.
